NIGEL R. HEALEY
After graduating in 1984, Nigel trained with a busy three partner firm in North Manchester preparing accounts and tax computations for a wide variety of clients.
On qualification he transferred to KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the largest accountancy practices operating in the UK, with responsibility for audits of large companies, many with turnovers over £400 million.
He then accepted the position of Senior Manager to a four office firm of Chartered Accountants being directly responsible for 10 staff and 600 clients.
After two exciting years with the firm, Nigel moved to Touche Ross & Co., another major international accountancy firm, working in the Liverpool office developing the business services department.
Drawing on his extensive accounting and business experience Nigel established Hunter Healey in April 1992.
TAXATION
Tax computations are prepared by the same staff who prepare the accounts, using information available from the accounts preparation process to ensure that work is carried out with the utmost efficiency and that every opportunity for tax planning is taken.
FEES
Fees are charged on the basis of time spent on your affairs by our staff.
It is our policy to agree the fees for an assignment in advance and the schedule for payment.
We offer a first meeting free of charge to establish whether you would benefit from the services we offer.

Client service is paramount. It is our intention to relieve the burden of compliance from our clients to allow them more time to concentrate on the serious business of earning money!
We also endeavour to be contactable at all times in order that clients may discuss matters with us as and when they arise.

COMPUTERISATION
The firm utilises market leading accountancy software to ensure efficient accounts preparation and transfer of information to tax returns.
We have web-site representation and may be contacted by e-mail.
We are equipped for electronic submission of tax returns and we are presently installing software to enable supply of final accounts by e-mail.
LOCATION
Formerly of King Street, Manchester, the offices have now been relocated to Culcheth, Cheshire.
The out-of-town location is easily accessible from all major motorways and the firm will be pleased to serve clients throughout Greater Manchester and beyond.
Existing clients stretch from London to Carlisle.
